Community Hub Resources For All Music & Educational Outreach Music & Educational Outreach The historic Forster & Andrews pipe organ The restored pipe organ is expected to make a significant contribution to the life of The Wesley Centre, supporting choirs and chambers orchestras in concert, and also as a magnificent recital instrument in its own right. In addition to also supporting a wide range of worship events, it will also be made freely available to able student musicians to assist in their studies, and as an instrument on which to encourage individuals who might learn to play the organ. In partnership with Henry Willis & Sons, a number of educational visits are planned during 2018 and 2019 to the Liverpool works of the famous organ builder, and to view progress on the restoration of the historic Forster & Andrews organ. If you'd be interested in joining one of these, do get in touch. If you’re already a musician and would like to register your interest in playing the organ for practice purposes after its relocation to the Wesley Centre, please also get in touch. You can register your interest on any of the above by contacting Paul Emberley on 01653 698626 or by email to [email protected]
